Product shipping
Our Company ships products to Greece and the world, regardless of their weight or volume.
Our e-shop calculates the transport costs of the products you wish to buy, for each choice of shipping / receiving method. Thus, after selecting the products you wish to buy in the product basket and the method of shipping / receiving them, the e-shop displays the total cost of transport to your destination.
The following describes how to calculate the cost of transporting the products, in each case.
Shipping methods in Greece
The available ways of sending / receiving the products to Greece are as follows:
- Pickup from our physical store if you are in our area
- Shipping with the courier company ELTA courier throughout Greece
- Shipping with a transport company throughout Greece, in case you choose heavy or bulky products that are not transported by courier
- Shipping with your own courier or a carrier you work with
Shipping by carrier
If the products of your order are heavy or bulky , the cost of transport is automatically calculated based on a one-time amount determined per product (for heavy / bulky products), while the small products of your order have no cost (they are packed together with large). In this case the products are transported by a transport company and the delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 working days depending on your delivery location.
Shipping by courier
In any other case, the products are sent with the ELTA courier service and you receive them in most areas of Greece in 1-3 days from your order, while in hard-to-reach or remote areas, in 3-5 days.
The shipping cost for products weighing up to 2 kg is €3.50 including VAT. while for each additional kilo of weight the charge is €1.25 per kilo.
For orders with a product value of more than €80.00 including VAT, shipping the products by courier is FREE .
Shipping with your own carrier
In addition, there is the possibility of choosing your own transport company through the shopping cart. In this case, you are fully responsible for the shipping costs. The receipt of your order by your own courier will only be carried out from our company's headquarters and by your order. In order to avoid mistakes and omissions in this case, the sales manager of our Company will contact you by phone.

The Company can serve customers in Cyprus through the company ELTA courier. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the products.
